has a bad habit that can affect their productivity. It could be the habit of
multitasking, failing to prioritize or simply being a perfectionist. One of the
most dangerous habits that almost everyone has ever done in their life is
procrastinating. Procrastination itself can be defined as the act of keep
postponing things or tasks that should have been done earlier. The reasons why
procrastination can ruin your life because it is bad for your health, it
lessens the quality of your performance and it will make you lose your time.

procrastination is bad for your health because the moment when you keep
postponing the tasks that you are supposed to do earlier, you would definitely
do it at the last second. The pressure you will have when you do it when the
deadline is about to end will higher and it will make you stress. Your brain
will work harder than it usually does. There will be a feeling of anxiety
through the process of doing your task. If this keeps happening over and over
again, the stress level you will get is going worse and it will be easy for you
to get sick.
Secondly,
this bad habit has the big potential to lessen the quality of your performance.
The result of your work is not going to be the best because you will be doing
it in a rush due to the near deadline. The ideas that you need to finish your
tasks will not come up suddenly. It takes time for it to finally appear in your
head, so you will end up just put anything that you have to finish it as soon
as possible because there is not too much time to think. Also, you will be
having a hard time to focus because you feel like the deadline is coming near.
Lastly,
another reason why procrastination is harmful because by keep doing this habit,
you will lose your time. Maybe you feel like you are saving your time, but the
truth is you waste so much time to wait for the perfect time to do your tasks.
You will eventually realize that you have been wasting your time for nothing.
You will regret it and feel guilty. In a few years from now, you will realize
that nothing has changed because of your bad habit. After that, you would feel
frustrated with yourself.

summary, procrastination is really harmful and it can ruin your life because it

make you lose your time. This is the habit that we have to remove from
ourselves to become more productive. If we stop procrastinating, we will be
more healthy and able to do our task efficiently. One of the ways you can use
to overcome this habit is to be more organized as a person. You can start by
making a timeline, so you can manage your time way better.
